[Philmont] Cons Project Locations

We had no water issues at Rich Cabins, Ring Place or Whiteman Vega. We could
have done our cons at Ring Place but instead chose Whiteman Vega on a
layover day and did some work on trail drainage. Our sister crew doing the
same itinerary from Pitt did theirs at Ring and also did trail maintainence.
Ring has a large water buffalo as a water source and Whiteman has a windmill
that needs post collection purification and a water buffalo as back up. Rich
sent us to the creek which was plentiful.

Where have most of the Cons projects taken place in the North Country and
Vidal?

Looking to get a little insider information for my crew leader when we hit
logistics
