[Philmont] New staff camp for 2008

I thought I would start a new subject since I don't recall seeing anything
about it.
For those who have a trek in 2008, Philmont is adding another staff camp.
As I recall the name is Metcalf Station and it will be in the area of where
Old Camp is now located. It's theme is railroading. The plan is to bring
the railroad history of the area alive. They are working with the BNSF,
laying some rail and planning to have some rail equipment there. Part of
the program would be driving rail spikes and operating a Handcar.

For those who have more information fell free to add to this
email.
