Could any of you camera buffs out there offer suggestions about the pros and
cons of taking a digital camera Vs a point and shoot 35 mm camera?
1) Can you buy AA batteries (for the digital camera or a GPS) in the back
country trading posts?
2) Batteries are heavier that 35 mm film. If I had to pack enough batteries
for 12 days that would be a lot heavier that 35 mm film.
3) The Smart media cards are a lot lighter than the 35 mm film.
Any help or experiences would be appreciated.
Thanks
Mark D.
