Before anyone corrects me, I've learned that many people call Grizzly bears
as "brown bears." I apologize for casting aspersions.
(Some other folks I know commonly call the American black bear a brown bear
also. Depends on where you live, I guess...)
Grizzlies generally live in the northern rockies. A sighting at Philmont
would surprise a lot of people.
