<snip> With 18 days left, it is probably too late to get a copy of the
Philmont Advisor's Guide. Anyway, hope this helps and have a great trek.

Question 1 - I have only been on the list a month and I have seen
reference to this book several times. What is it? I gather it is quite
useful. How do I obtain one?

Question 2 - Also, any comments out there about Trek 13? I did read
yesterday that this particularly trek is not in the fire area (at least at
this time). I would like to know about some benefits of this trek and what
to look out for by those who have experienced this particular trip.

Thanks in advance to all
