When I could not find anything official about Philmont and the S.C.E.N.E.
Award, I faxed Mark Anderson (before the fires broke out) and he replied
this week.
Philmont discontinued participation in the program in 2001 (My last trip was
2000) because of the low percentage of crew participation and many projects
weren't truly Philmont inspired as stated in the requirements.
Sorry to have gotten you all excited about something that is not available.
