[Philmont]: Webelos Overnight

I will be attending a conference at PTC the week of August 4th (my first
trip to Gods Country), and will be bringing my family. Ive read many of
the posts from those who have brought their families, and were all counting
the days until we arrive. (Id love to hear from any others planning to be
at PTC that week.)

My question pertains to the "Webelos overnight." My eldest is now a Webelos
I (the younger son just enrolled as a new Tiger in the spring roundup). I
have seen no information about the overnight and would appreciate advice
from any who has gone. Is the gear supplied, or are we to bring our own?
Is this a "mini-trek," with a hike and camp? How is this typically worked
into the training schedule?

Were planning to fly into Albuquerque, where we will visit with relatives
before heading north. We are planning to take a couple of days to get to
Philmont so that we can see as much as we can. Ive gathered nuggets of
"must sees / dos" over the months, but am always interested in your
pointers. (Ive checked out the Philstaff links and numerous NM sites.
Its the "Cimarron rolls" experiences that I seek!)
