Philmont supplies the tent. you supply the sleeping
bag and ground cloth. Gear is transported to the
overnight site by bus, as are the people. You eat
dinner at PTC dining hall, then load up.

At the overnight site, everyone just hangs and enjoys
the company (a Webelos I who has a Frisbee or
hackeysack is considered a superstud if he doesn't
leave it in his PTC tent.)

There will be (most likely hot cocoa at some point,
and then some slowdown activities and then to sleep.

Next morning, break down and pack up tent, bus comes,
you load up and go back for breakfast at PTC dining
hall again.

Since you'll also have a Tiger age lad, who won't
participate in the overnight, unless you are traveling
as two adults, you'll need to either hook the Tiger up
with another family back at PTC for the night, or hook
you're Webelos up with another Webelos who does have a
free adult. When my elder son and I did the overnight
a couple years back, we tucked my son and another lad
into one tent (he only had one parent at PTC and had a
younger sib) and I slept alone in a different tent,
well, tried to sleep anyways.... those two boys sure
talked a lot, lol)

Hope that helps.
