The Webelos age Scouts don't hike the Tooth of Time any more - that is
reserved for the oldest group of Boy Scouts. They will do some other day
hikes, though.

One of the regular day activities is a hike up the Tooth of Time, so he
will need good shoes and a comfortable day pack to carry the water bottles
and rain gear in.
The Webelos have a great time while taking part in the PTC experience.
