Our crew is considering completing the 7 additional hours of trail wo=
rk before our Philmont trek, but I'm unsure of the steps we would nee=
d to take. Who would issue the awards to us - Philmont or local (Bal=
timore Area) council? Are pre-approvals necessary for the trail wor=
k or do we just show up at Philmont and provide them with details on =
what we did? I would be grateful for information from anyone who has=
