[Philmont]: Back balancers

One of the other advisors in our 2000 crew tried one. He had a "girth" in
front that caused a standard belt to need to be worn below his waist. The
back balancer was supposed to make it so he could wear his belt around his
waist. He used it for a couple of days, then gave it up. It was too much
trouble getting the belt on and was uncomfortable. YMMV
