[Philmont]: List administration - moderator/administrator substitution

As I previously posted, I will be leaving today (Sunday, June 23) for our
troop's adventure at Philmont (C25-C1, C2, C3, C4), and returning Sunday,
July 7.
 
I asked several people to moderate and administer, assist everyone, and make
any necessary decisions about membership.
 
Signe Rogers will take the lead. I think everyone knows how active she is
on this list, and now that she's back home from staffing a Powder Horn
course, she will be reading messages daily once again. Her e-mail address
is mailto:HikinMama@iglide.net.
 
Brian Gannon, mailto:bgannon@cox.net, and Selden Ball,
mailto:SEB@LNS62.LNS.CORNELL.EDU, will assist her. I also provided the
technical contact information to Cooper Wright, Dr. Bob, and Chas. Clifton.
 
These people will:
 a) help people unsubscribe,
 b) caution people for their behavior,
 c) contact Mike Bowman of USSSP if necessary (not very likely),
 d) request assistance of people at MEBBS to unsubscribe someone if some
action calls for it, and
 e) request assistance from people at MEBBS if the list seems to be
non-functional.
 
My wife will be approving subscriptions and seeing other messages sent to
"owner-philmont@troop47.com".
 
Thanks for everyone's cooperation.
