[Philmont]: Canteens

We carried a 2-1/2 gallon collapsible jug for "Clean" water only. We
discovered on a shakedown that the pre-filter for the water filter
wouldn't fit down the opening. So, we brought along a collapsible
bucket to collect water in and then everybody tool turns pumping out of
that into "Clean" containers.
