Re: [Philmont]: Paperwork

Last year we went as part of a Council contingent but
traveled seperately. We arrived the morning after the
rest of the contingent and learned from the Council
Tour Director that Philmont was reluctant to process
any of the contigent without us present.

Even though crew go through the arrival process
individually, they expected all the paperwork for the
contingent at one time. Don't know if this is
different or not since we don't normally do Philmont
as part of a contingent.

Its easy enough to check this out with Philmont in
advance.
