[Philmont]: Summer Woodbadge Course?

I believe they have discontinued the summer course. It was moved to off
season times to try to aleviate the congestion that happens in the summer
(20,000+ campers in the backcountry each summer). I know it didn't happen
in 2002, as Zatrow camp (where woodbadge was normally done in the summers)
was the mountain biking camp. Whiteman Vega (the normal Mtn bike camp)
was closed all summer from the fire.
