In the PAST, when contingents came in, all the Rangers would get together
before hand to make sure we all got checked in. Registration would ask
that all crews in the contingent would check in at the same time. They
usually wanted the contingent leader and an advisor from each crew. Of
course this was in the past and things may have changed since then.
Registration will want to see your travel permit, crew rosters (FILLED OUT
BEFOREHAND), first aid/CPR cards for each crew, and $$$.
Just let your Ranger lead you through Basecamp. They will tell the crews
if they need to check in all at once and what needs to be done.
