[Philmont]: Another Gear List

Our trek starts June 16th and here is my final gear list. Our crew is
planning on using the zip lock bag method of cooking for all meals which
require cooking or water to prepare. Always open for suggestions.

Notes:
This is my "From Skin Out" weight. Everything my feet will be carrying is
on this list except TP, water or food, which will vary daily. It includes my
share of crew gear (CG of course means crew gear.)
My tent mate is carrying the dining fly, tent poles, stakes for both,
Campsuds and Polar Pure. Everything in my pack is packed in an appropriate
sized Zip Lock bag.
