Rob,
Has anyone decided at what point duct tape is NOT a smellable? Taking this to the extreme, which as someone who has never been to Philmont but only reads this list, seems to be the case on everything, duct tape is unusable for many repairs. Must repaired boots go into the bear bag? How about taped poles for the tarp? A backpack repaired when a strap breaks? A hole in a tent? Or is it just a roll of duct tape?
