[Philmont]: Trek 29

For any crews with Trek 29, a heads up that the Patriots' Path crew with
that trek has been notified the the starting point has been changed from
Zastrow Turnaround to Rayado. Saves a mile of hiking, but more
importantly, adds the possibility of touring at Rayado and eliminates back
hiking the same trail.

How are going to handle that one in your charts, Julian?
