The person asking this time is asking about reception at PTC. That is far
different from the folks going thru CHQ headed for the trail.
For certain if one *has* to have a phone at PTC, it should be put on a
silent mode and used ONLY during break times from class, and not an
interruption to learning by anyone, the cell phone user included.
