My son and I were visiting on the phone the other day and he asked me if I
remembered the little dittie that our Ranger told us as we drove by the
Arrowhead rock formation on the way to the starting point of our trek in
'96. But I'm old and I can't even remember where I put my car keys most of
the time, so someone help me like one of our "retired" rangers.
"The Arrowhead Rock formation is an igneous protrusion of pourface(?)
_____?______ formed 60 million years ago in the ___?____ (Triassic perhaps?)
period, but some people take it for granite"
How far off am I?
