[Philmont]: Insects

I ran into someone last night that was just a few days off the trail
(Trek 11). Both of us were at Philmont at the same time in 2001 and
neither of us had any problems with insects. He said this year his
little bottle of deet ran out quickly as the mosquitoes were very bad
this year. He felt this was due to it being much wetter than in 2001.
