[Philmont]: Philmont Conditions?

Hi Scouters

Just joined the list for some last minute questions.
We have two crews, 708-O1 & O2 Trek 10.

I am looking for any current info on Philmont weather, water, bears policies, and particulars to Trek 10. We went in 01, so all is not strange to me, any updates would be great.

Any comments on Trek 10 would also be helpful.
