We went with a company called Dvorak's out of Canon City and they were
excellent. You can camp on their site (their tents are great, wall tents on
platforms), they provide lunch with their all day expeditions, and for an
additional $10 they will provide dinner as well. It was an excellent steak
dinner, complete with fresh salad, real mashed potatos and warm brownies. A
great ending to a great day :-)
