Ken,
I'd assume that Cimarron High School, and the webcam, is in the town of Cimarron, and the webcam picture is of a mountain that is along a ridge, with no obstructions - you see the entire ridge and mountain rising from the surrounding plain. Isn't that what you would see of the north side of the Tooth from Cimarron? From Cimarron, one might be able to see Black Mountain, but Shaefers Peak would be prominently in the foreground and perhaps completely blocking one's view of Black Mtn, isn't that true?. Does anyone know for sure what is in the webcam picture?

The web cam picture looks like Black Mountain to me.

What are we looking at? Is the north side of the Tooth of Time? (the "back side" from what is usually in pictures)
