Beware of peanut allergies - most gorp contains some nuts. [As a
general piece of advice, Advisors should ask all trekkers about food
allergies and thyroid conditions, since Phil-Phood has some suspect
items and Polar Pure is (really) bad news for anyone with a thyroid
condition.]
Beyond that, gorp is probably one of the healthiest menu items Philmont
offers. Eat it all, and beg for more.
