Wanna have some fun with your crew? Get together with your crew leader
and work this out for a day you're going to "identify animals" while you
hike.

To prepare, take a few Milk Duds with you on the trail.

While the crew is taking a "packs off" break, walk a short distance ahead
with the crew leader to discuss some aspect of the trek. "Plant" the Milk
Duds beside the trail then go back and join the crew.

As you proceed, the crew leader should call a stop as he "finds" the Milk
Duds. Then, making sure everyone in the crew observes.....

Crew Leader: Mr. __________, come here and help me identify this scat.

Advisor: What do you think? Maybe Elk?

Crew Leader: Nope, probably Mule Deer.

Advisor: Nope, I don't think so.

Crew Leader (as he pops a Milk Dud in his mouth): How about Mountain Goat?

Advisor (after pops two Milk Duds in his mouth): Yep, definitely Mountain
Goat!

Crew Leader (as he picks up another Milk Dud): Do any of you guys wanna
try one too?

BTW, make sure you eat all the Milk Duds in order to follow LNT principles.

YiS,
