[Philmont]: Trail menu

Learned something new with this thread, because I could never figure out how
we got particular meals. <grin> Of course, we were hiking July 31-August 1.
</grin>

You will get three or four days of meals per pickup. You do not have to eat
them in any particular order. Our crew just decided as a crew when we were
going to eat a particular meal. Sort of like looking into the pantry and
deciding what's for dinner.
