>From one of our two Ranger boys:
Well,
Things are going great here at Philmont in the life of a ranger. We've
been staying busy with training and whatnot. Apparently we'll actually
have to teach these kids something. The first crews arrive tomorrow (the
8th) but I probably won't have one until the 9th. Philmont is wonderful
right now. It's cool, a lot more beautiful than anything back home, and
is crawling with amazing rangers much like myself! We climbed Baldy on my
third day here, so we've defintely not wasted any time on getting out in
the back country. Updates will come later. Take care everyone.
