Well it's been another great experience being on the Philmont
discussion group. I appreciate the sharing of information and ideas
on this listserve. Our 38 scouts and leaders will again benefit from
this knowledge. We will be departing early tomorrow morning for
Philmont.

Two of our crews will be doing trek #14 and the other two crews will
be doing trek #21. I will try to get a brief trail report on the
listserve
as soon as we return. I know in the past I have appreciated this
when other returning crews have posted information. In 2000, it was
a great help to know that the trail sign at Hidden Meadows was
laying on the ground in tall grass on the edge of the pasture. That
little piece on information saved us from having to hunt for the sign.
