The link mentioned below does have a picture of a camping stove but the
verbiage says:

"Other Hazardous Materials:

Dry ice, gasoline-powered tools, wet-cell batteries, camping equipment with
fuel, radioactive materials (except limited quantities), poisons, infectious
substances "

I stand by my previous statement.

It looks to me like a backpacker stove in the photo of prohibited items.

This link is quite clear on fines and jail time for failure to declare

hazardous materials.
