[Philmont]: Cimarron WebCam

I'm back from a wonderful week at PTC, and can report that, indeed, the
Cimarron HS webcam is pointed at Black Mountain.

The camera is located on the SW corner of the school. Below the eaves, in a
protective dome, and is pointed across the track towards the Ranch.

The weather was generally good -- had a major wind storm Friday night/early
Saturday, accompanied by rain -- but the mist lifted as we were heading for
the ABQ airport Saturday AM at 0700.
