Yep, that was another laudable idea that was carried way too far by some
folks, and therefore generated a lot of really vehement complaints (even
more so than trash compacting). So, now another "official" No-No.

Of course, if you think this is exciting, just wait til they try and
institute the "pack it out" policy for human waste. On the plus side,
however, once that's instituted I'll bet no one will be complaining
about the Waiting List anymore!
