There's also a low sodium "lite" version. Another great product from
them is their instant roux mix. My younger son uses it in his $5 Stew
recipe. It thickens up the gravy while adding a rich gumbo type of
flavor without overpowering the stew. (P.S. The white gravy mix is good
too, but I don't want to start a flame war as I know everyone has a
favorite biscuits & Gravy recipe!)
