You have a serious problem with fit that you *must* correct
before your trek.

However, it does not necessarily mean you have ill-fitting
boots, you may not be wearing them right. Are you wearing
wool or smartwool or similar socks, or simple cotton socks?
Do you have them laced up *tight*?
Have you had these boots for a while?

Get thee to the nearest quality boot shop for a look at
all the above.
