Re: [Philmont]: boots

Different question. I remember something from this list on lacing the upper
and lower parts of boots differently if you are going primarily up or down.
Seemed backwards at the time, so I wanted to get it again. I believe it was
loose (looser) bottom and tight (tighter) top to go down, and opposite going up.
