[Philmont]: Valle Vidal questions

I have a few questions about the Valle Vidal area.
We received the new sectional maps Friday.
On the new sectional map Greenwood Canyon show no camp.
Since there are no permanent structures allowed in this area, are there bear
cables and sumps?
The trail from Greenwood to Copper Park: there seems to be a trail but it
goes off the map. Has anyone on this list hiked this trail? If so, any
suggestions?
It looks daunting with elevations stating at 8,400 ft climbing to 11,400 ft
then back to 10,600.
