For what it's worth, not all pictures are taken in the morning, but you are
correct, Fred, they are taken with no sunglasses or hats on the crew
members. (And, at least in 2003) If your trek is a Cavalcade, rather than a
hiking trek, the picture was taken in the afternoon since check-in time
wasn't until 1:00p.
