My guess is that this would be considered a smellable - meaning you
could use it only up to the smellables cutoff (usually 3 pm) - not just
before going to bed (which is when many folks normally use it).

As always with any propellant-based spray, if you can, buy it there. If
not possible, be sure to double bag it if you're travelling by plane.
It will have to go inside checked luggage, of course, not in carry-one
(propellant-based items are no longer allowed in carry-on).
