I doubt it. There just isn't enough time.
A local Climbing Gym has Climbing MB Counselors and runs classes that Troop
can sign up for. The classes are 3 hours each for 2 weeks in a row.
There is CLASSroom work for this MB, not just climbing.
Bad weather also cancels this activity quite often. Has happen to my crews
2 different times.
MAJOR TIP ---------get there EARLY as possible the day you should be
climbing. The afternoons sometimes get rain. YOu can also stay into the
next morning to climb, but then you have late start on your hike for the
day.
