Philmont 2005 Commitment Form
I, _________________________________, hereby state that I have reviewed
the upcoming training schedule with my parents, and commit to attending
all of these events, without fail. I understand that my success at
Philmont is wholly dependent upon my own participation and efforts
during the training regimen. I also understand that if I do not make an
event without previously discussing and receiving an exemption for that
event from the primary Adult Advisor (Dr. Bob Klein) or his designee,
that I will be immediately terminated from this year's Philmont crew in
favor of a more dedicated participant. Finally, I understand that I can
be terminated for failure to properly train (as determined by the Adult
Advisors of the crew), or failure to demonstrate a positive and
respectful attitude towards my fellow crew members and Adult Advisors.
