Why must you expect a youth to do more than live up to the Scout Oath and
Law. Why are we always insisting on adding expectations all ready covered
in the organization and the oath and pledge taken by the youth?
As far as immediately terminating a youth for signing a document promising
attendance. You are kidding right? Their Kids!
And hope one of the terminated youth's parents is not an attorney.
Will the kids have a better time if they show up and work, you bet. But
life happens for youth.
