I still wish the Lottery would give weight to to those troops who haven't
gotten a TREK for a long time, since 1999 for MY troop.
BUT I agree it is somewhat better than the phone in.
I was on REDIAL for 2 1/2 hours in April 1997 to get that 1999 trek.
