Each crew member still has a lot of their own personal gear for which
they are responsible. I think it's 6 of one, half-dozen of the other.
Putting all the bowls and spoons together is another lesson in working
together. Keeping them separate is an additional lesson in personal
responsibility. Sounds like either approach is totally correct.
