We climbed the Tooth on our last day, and got back to base camp at about
12:30. After gear check-in (we didn't have much) showers etc. it was
mid-afternoon so we headed into town for pizza and ice-cream. Cimarron has
several art/craft-type shops with some great souvenirs, lots of hand-carved
Wood-Badge critters and related scout-type items. Closing campfire was that
night - you don't want to miss that. We had vans so we could leave whenever
we wanted to, but we stayed overnight and toured the Villa, then stopped in
town again (the ice cream was REALLY good, I guess) the next morning before
heading out. The time will fly by for you - enjoy it!
