Yes this is the one with 50+ stream crossings. This has always been my
favorite trail at Philmont, even when I was a participant. The stream
crossings kept it interesting, must be my ADD. I haven't hiked it in a
while, but when I hiked it I seem to remember using gators. At that time not
all of the stream crossings had nice bridges and it prevented some
splashing. Make your own decision when you see it.
