[philmont] Last minute paperwork

Hello List!!

618-E is now inside the 2 week window! We're having our final shakedown campout and hike this coming weekend with a final parents' meeting to follow in order to get all the paperwork in order and make sure all the i's are dotted and the t's are crossed. I was curious what if anything anyone else does in the way of permission to administer over the counter meds to crew members. Does anyone have a permission slip specifically for allowing scouts on the trail to use tylenol, ibuprofen, rolaids/tums, etc? We carry these items in our first aid kit but it seems that we should have this permission before allowing scouts to use these OTC items. If anyone has a generic form or one specific for Philmont/high-adventure trips, please email it to me, I'd like to have something similar that we can have signed when we have the parents sign the talent release form.

Thanks in advance!
