[philmont] Ground Cloth.

The ground cloth is used under the tent. Philmont does not provide a
footprint for the Philtents.

Having used both plastic and Tyvek, I recommend the Tyvek. It needs to
be washed a few times to soften-up, but it is lighter and dries faster.
