[philmont] Ground Cloth.

A ground cloth is a - very - good idea on a dewy morning and/or after
a rainy night. It can weigh very little. It's worth considering
using a ground cloth outside the tent and a second one inside the
tent, under the sleeping bag. You thereby improve your chances for
remaining dry and warm.
