[Philmont] digital photo advice

I specifically chose a camera (Nikon Coolpix 7600) that uses AA's (regular, lithium or rechargeable).

Does anyone know if those battery powered devices marketed to "jumpstart" a cell phone will work for proprietary batteries in a camera?
